Golden Shuttle Academy follows a custom of scientific and well-designed practice which involves a combination of precise stroke practice, sports science, scheduled match practices and nutrition to provide our students a wholesome experience. We have coaching programs designed for all students ranging from grassroot lessons to competitive sessions. We promote progressive and evaluative learning taking into consideration the specific needs of every student.
Our lesson plans at Golden Shuttle Academy are developed in a systematic manner to ensure maximum effectiveness in imparting skills to our students. We specialise in precise and methodical exercises to provide additional emphasis to correct techniques and movements. Our panel of coaches with niche expertise provide efficient, personalised & monitored training programs to our students. The curriculum at Golden Shuttle Academy is a tested & proven combination of organised practice, sports science, fitness and competitions to achieve promising results. Our curriculum, ranging from lessons for beginners to advanced sessions is based on 7 fundamentals as follows:
- Equipping the student with the right posture & basic strokes
- Instilling a preliminary sense of direction to facilitate movement
- Developing a sense of coordination for the synchronous occurrence of strokes and movement
- Enhancement of primary strokes in order to achieve better accuracy and consistency
- Introduction of secondary (finer) strokes for better & improved performance
- Advanced practice sessions to prepare the students for competitive performances
- Exposure to tournaments and competitions at various levels of proficiency
Our Excellence program is one such program wherein we cater to specific needs of a particular student based on his/her strength and weakness. Every student is evaluated in a prescribed manner at regular intervals to measure the performance, based on which, necessary changes are made to his/her schedule. We have an exclusive & dedicated fitness team to train our students in enhancing physical fitness. We provide a unique blend of workouts specific to creating functionally fit individuals, wherein importance is provided from the simplest postures to the most complex of techniques. The fitness sessions are basically focused on the development of an individual’s strength, reflex, proprioception, flexibility and agility.
